Alcohol / Ethanol Plants
We have a technical tie up with M/s Reunion Engenharia Ltda, Brazil, to establish plants for manufacturing of Rectified Spirit & anhydrous Ethanol, based on Molasses , Grain, Sugar cane juice, sugar intermediates like Secondary juice, B heavy Molasses etc.

We offer cost effective rectified spirit, E.N.A. and Ethanol plants based on Brazilian technology on turnkey basis.
The special and unique feature of this system is that it utilizes in reasonable amount low pressure steam for Distillation Section from first body vapors of multiple effect evaporator from sugar manufacturing unit and alternately a steamfrom Turbine exhaust too.
The Brazilian fermentation gives 92% fermentation efficiency. Usually 86% fermentation efficiencies are obtained from the systems which are in vogue at the moment in India.
We claim 3% excess alcohol production in comparison with the other systems.
Our system offers a multiple choice for process raw material. Instead of routine final 'C' molasses sugar intermediates like secondary juice, clear juice, syrup, and 'B' heavy molasses can be processed to produce an alcohol with value addition. This is an excellent tool to meet and combat the situation of sudden downfall in the sugar prices and surplus harvest available for crushing.
Our Brazilian collaborator has supplied and commissioned numerous plants World over. These plants enjoy the above claimed unique features and are running efficiently.
Alternately we also design, manufacture, supply, erect and commission the usual domestic atmospheric type or multi pressure vacuum distillation with an integrated or independent spent wash evaporation system coupled with cascade type continuous high efficiency fermentation istillery units based on single feed as well as multi feed raw material like cane molasses, grain and sweet sorghum etc.
We also undertake upgradation,  renovation and commissioning of prevailing old distillery systems.
