Our 3 manufacturing facilities boast state of the art CNC machinery with the latest technology in the heavy engineering industry.

We are constantly upgrading our facilities, and our current machines enable us to produce heavy equipment weighing over 200 T with accuracies in the order of 10 microns. Specialized jobs for nuclear or areospace applications call for a controlled manufacturing environment, for which we have created a separate stainless steel fabrication bay. We also have both electric and gas fired furnaces for heat treatment.

Moreover, all different kinds of welding techniques like automatic SAW welding, GTAW, SMAW and FCAW are regularly used in our workshop, supported by a class 1 lakh clean room for dust controlled welding.

These advanced machinery are supported by our manufacturing team, which is composed of a highly qualified and versatile workforce, including more than 80 welders qualified as per ASME Section IX. Our team is experienced in working with a wide range of materials, including various grades of stainless steel, alloy steels, maraging steel, aluminum and titanium.
